So sorry to hear that you have had this bad experience with OntheBeach, it really isn't acceptable to sell an expensive holiday like this where a customer has requested facilities for 3 disabled people, they must have known this hotel was not suitable. (surely they should understand what product/hotel they are selling ?)
What I really came on to say though is that I am not sure if you are familiar with Sharm at all, but an awful lot of the hotels on the coast side of Peace Road at the Namma Bay and Sharks Bay end are 'banked' by which I mean the entrance levels at the road side, where receptions and shops are normally situated are on higher ground and then the hotels go down by various terraces and steps as you get closer to the sea. I apologise as I may not be explaining this very well.

Dependant on the exact nature of the disabilities this could restrict where you can stay.
You could be better off at the Nabq Bay end of Sharm as it seemed flatter up there. I think you may be better off going into a high street travel agents to try and get some specialist advice if you have very specific requirements. Sharm covers an area of coast of about 30 kms.
Hope you get it sorted, its such a responsibility booking for others.
