Well my specs are off to Thailand without me for the second time. Bought some vari focal glasses in Krabi Feb 2004...frames broke in Nov 2004 so contacted optician by e-mail who got me to send them back and the lenses were mounted in new frames and returned. Well new frames (Seiko) have broken again in same place so must be a design fault...contacted optician who tells me to send them back and I'll get another free frame and fitting. So apart from the postage cost I'll be on my third set of frames, and I've received what I would call good service from the optician despite him being 6000 miles away.
Just wish I was taking the frames back in person.
