Out of Pernera up to top road. Turn right, keep going to island after the Aquarium.
Turn left and up the hill. On the left just before the church.

out of Pernera onto the top road and turn right.... keep going until you hit the big roundabout (with the elephant on the building on the opposite side) turn left at the roundabout... go up the road towards the church on your left and Orphan andys is on the left next door... ...
