ok.
enyoy the day.
just away from the port not to far is a nice square with nice bars ect.
Thanks for that any info is useful. We intend enjoying ourselves as this is our first cruise even though we are young at heart seniors.
The cruise through the Panama Canal is just great and you will be very impressed with it experience.
It would be nice to know about your Holiday when you return, and you could update me on your flight experience.
We travel in January(P&O did email me confirming that they was not using Thomas Cook, but it looks like they have a contract?).
I still have the email!
Hoping to do a cruise through the Canal March/April of next year. Is it too early to think about booking? Hubby and I still haven't decided what we are doing for a break this year, let alone worry about next year's holiday.
If they won't extend the time, does anyone have any ideas or maybe I've missed a cruise which would fit the bill.
You don't need the cruise to start and end the same place the flights are the same price if the Airline uses both end points.
eg.
NCL peal LA->miami April 10->April 24
http://www.vacationstogo.com/fastdeal.cfm?deal=19779
From £900
Flight with BA £498 LON-LAX(8april 12:00)+MIA-LON (9 may 17:20)
(expedia has BA flights at £430 but not into May.
A good TA should be able to better these prices.
There are a few in April that do the full transit.
What are the dates you have to fit into (earliest departure UK, latest arrival back in the UK)?
If you don't want to do this yourself use a specialist at doing cruise with custom flights
