I have to agree. Panorama are experts when it comes to Tunisia in my opinion. I was there last year and had a fantastic time, I'm sure you will love it. Our rep seemed to be around all the time - and there was no 'hard sell' for excursions etc. It was all very laid back. Enjoy!
I agree with the above totally. Had Claire the rep in PEK, she was brilliant. The meeting that I went to was the best I've ever been to. No hard sell, but 30 mins of local information and tips, then about the tours they offered. Unfortunately we didn't do any of them as we were just after a cheap week of relaxing by the pool
but they were well priced and I heard that the Cabaret nice was excellent from people that we met on holiday. A big thumbs up to Claire the rep.
We went to Tunisia with Panorama last year and had an absolute nightmare of a time. THANK GOD for Phil & Meta the reps they were wonderful to me and my husband when he became critically ill and had to be airlifted to the U.K by air ambulance. They were both absolutely first-class.

we have just had a letter saying our fights have changed but that is not a problem.
I am just wondering will we still get all the help and advice and contact with panaroma reps ,as its Nov not the peak of holiday season?
we are looking forward to a reps help and advice on trips etc.
my concern is it our 1st family hol. so worrying is my 1st port of call.
will there be someone there at airport,etc etc,etc.
i would appriciate any advice etc.please

I went in March which is out of season and I believe our rep was there 5-6 days a week, so you will have a full rep service.
Where are you staying? I was in PEK at the Palm Marina and had a fab rep called Claire who was helpful and informative. I am sure you will have a great time

Im off to Tunisia AI with Panorama, Im abit worried as a few travel agents have said they no longer use them.

I belive that panorama are long established in Tunisia and one of the better companies to use when visiting there. There were bought by Airtours a few years ago and I hear customer service not as good as it once was but still a good company.
Maybe they are not giving enough commission to the travels agents concerned.

Travelled to Tunisia with Panorama in Feb 2004. Unfortunately we needed the services of the reps more than most (husband taken ill) they were FANTASTIC. For all the 9 days he was in the superb clinic in Sousse and seeing us both onto the air-ambulance they were wonderful.

Just like to say that when we were in Tunisia with Panorama in August 2004 the rep concerned was marvellous. Would definately travel with them again. 
panorama are one very good company to go with if you are going to tunisia i work for my travel and they are tunisin specialist they do alot of tunisia holidays and i would always sell them first to any other tour operator
they do alot of th properties in tunisia the reps are good and they will help you along the way

Travelled with them 5 times now,3 of them to Tunisia and never once had a problem 
They are part of the MyTravel Group who also own Airtours. Smaller company however and tend to be very good on Tunisia and Morocco. Anyone who's travelled with Airtours to these areas will probably have had a Panorama rep there rather than an Airtours rep.
I have travelled with them they are very good.
