( just better than 1 1/2 star aprox)

The Paphos Gardens Holiday Resort consists of a three star Hotel surrounded by a large Estate of Apartments, some rented and some privately owned.

The Hotel facilities are usable by the apartment users.

The complex is within 10 minutes walk of the public beach and the nightlife area of Paphos. The hotel provides daily activities and nightime entertainment.

At this time of the year the weather is likely to be mixed - mostly sunny but some cloudy days - but much better than the UK

1) the pafos Gardens Hotel which holds a 3 star rating opperated by lepitos

2)the Paphos Garden apartments CTO grade C (aprox 1 1/2 star) operated by Narkisus

Hello, this is my first visit to the Cyprus forum, we are thinking of going to the Phapos Gardens Hotel and Apartments next July, in a superior 2 bedroomed apartment. Has anyone been to the complex??

I know that it is large with 200 apartments, but is it in a good location, with easy access to plenty of restaurants and a few bars. We have two children 12 and 14, will there be enough for them like water parks and a boat rip or two??

Any help would be very much appreciated.
