The varying transfer times depend on the amount of drop offs and the route your coach takes so it will always vary. I'd say at best an hour, at worst maybe 2.

Pefkos is nice enough. It's a purpose built resort but nice beach, scenic location and plenty of good restaurants/bars. As for meals, we were averaging about 15-18€ a head in Lindos for 2 courses with wine but I hear Pefkos is a little cheaper.

We have been to Pefkos twice, although several ears ago, so long ago infact that at the time there was only 3/4 hotels, couple of restaurants and bars. I've looked at it recently as we were contemplating returning, but was very disappointed how commercialised it has become.

We have been to quite a few of the Greek Island, and my favourite has to be Skiathos. Most of the resorts on the island tend to be pretty quiet and laid back, but if you venture to Skithos Town ther are numeroud bars/restaurants, and the island is fairly compact making it easy to get from A to B. We also went over to Skelopos for the day which is about 1.5 hours by boat ..... stunning island.

Thanks i will have a look. Going majorca as have 13yr old taking a friend in June so just thought somewhere quiet would be nice but still with restaurants and nice beach..Dont mind it a little bit commercialised just not as much as majorca.
