Hi We have been mad enough to book at a Haven site next week, staying in a Supertent.
Can anyone advise of the facilities - especially bed..I have called the customer help line who were very helpful - but then read on their site that there was 1 double and 1 single bed in the tent - we are a family of four - is there more beds than this or will one of us be on the floor !!

If they are advertising 1 double and 1 single bed that's what you get
You must ask for a larger tent (which costs more) to get more beds
the beds if they are like those used by Eurowhatsit in France and Spain are metal framed ordinary bed with thinnish mattresses
you would probably be better upgrading to a mobile home

Thank you..have just phoned them again to double check and there are 3 bedrooms -1 with double the 2 others with twin singles - panic over !!
(That will teach me to take more notice when booking a last minute holiday !!)
