We stayed at Bahamas Hotel in Kos Town, nicely located for town and good flat walking. See Hotel Review. Good Luck. Les

Stoupa is nice and flat if you stay near the town and not out towards Kalogria beach. Not too small and some really good eateries.
sosme nice places still on Corfu but depends exactly what you are looking for. Georgiopoulis on Crete also quite good. Easy walking and plenty of tavernas and restaurants. Do they want a beach as well or is it mainly strolling and passing the time of day?
Good luck

Rhodes! It's nearly as old as them.

The transport into the centre from Ixia area is excellent, bus or taxi all being reasonably priced. Ixia Grand, or the Hilton, next door to the Oceanis would be ideal, but you can get them closer to the centre. Ask annejb!

Hi :wave

Ag Nicholas in Crete is fairly flat and is not really a beach holiday. There are also buses that will take you to Elounda and coach trips to other places of interest.

The only problem I see is the travelling to the resort as it is at the other end of the island and takes a good couple of hours transfer from the airport.

Maybe worth a look! :!:

The Grand Hotel in Rhodes, if you don't go very far its mega comfy and if you have a sea view you can watch the cruise boats come and go out, and the food is excellent and night meal can be exchanged for an Italian or Chinese in the hotels other restaurants within the hotel, only half an hour from airport.

The hotels in Ixia and Rhodes area aren't really "Beach Hotels". They are mainly shingle or pebble beaches, but I am sure they would love Rhodes. €6 for a taxi into Rhodes town and they will love it.

Hi we have just come back from kos and it is very flat as you can cycle around quite easily as many people do. We stayed half board at the hippocrates hotel in Psalidi just 3km from Kos town buses stop right outside the hotel. Hotel catered more for the older residence whilst we were there in October, there are a few tavernas nearby but for a better variety the town is brilliant. In May we went self catering at the Mythos apartments in Tingaki which were brilliant as you had plenty of shops tavernas and bars on your doorstep. The bus into Kos town was only 15 mins away and stopped 100 metres from the apartments.
