Do twin rooms in Italy imply there are 2 beds to a room or what is the equivilant to a double room then, with a double bed? Sorry its hard to figure!
thank you
Normally a twin room means there are two single beds. If there was a double bed it should state double room.
Ask for a CAMERA MATRIMONIALE (a double bedded room).
thanks a million guys, makes booking alot easier!! xx
i have been cuaght out with this one so check, stayed somewhere last year (cheap b&b) asked for a triple and we got a room with 1 double bed and a tiny sofa bed. me and my brother shared the double (wasnt much fun really epscially after a boozy night out ) and our friend had the comedy sofa bed! never again, this year we have booked into a hotel which is run by a couple friends of my mate over there and t looks much better will add a review when i get back.
