I have been in contact with my parents who live in Bulgaria (St Konstantine, near Varna) over the past few days or so..... and they are having a heatwave! It was 43 degrees yesterday... was supposed to be "cooler" today though...... my mother said it was too hot to go out... they had all their fans on throughout the house. They dont have a swimming pool but their neighbours do... so they have been using that quite a bit over the last few days. so for those of you who are going out.... take care... not just with the obvious sunburn, but, more importantly, sunstroke aswell....... I'm off out on the 16th August....... wonder what the weather will be like then!!
