one more thing please, i remember you said you worked at the atlantica hotel i have a problem, when i booked this holiday for 6 people they gave us 2 twin rooms i didn't realise at the time that it's for 3 in each room 2 adults are going in one room and myself,husband and 2 children are surposed to be in another i was only told last week when i inquired that you can't have 4 in a room i asked if ican upgrade to a family room but first choice don't do them, can i change to a family room when i get there any info would be great
