Email the company your booking this through for your answer.

I stayed at the Selen2 hotel last year, which is directly opposite the apartments, I think you may have to use the safety deposit boxes which are located in the lobby of the hotel.
I'm not 100% sure, but thought I saw some coming and going of the people that were staying in the apartments when I was using the box myself.
