Certainly good choice, in a very good location and near to the shopping plazas. Where do we start, firstly if you like cantonese then Khong Tsha on the Parque santiago 4 complex is a must. Prices similar to UK but well worth paying.
Across the road you will find a strip of bars mainly aimed at the brits. Entertainment on most evenings but be prepared to pay a little more for your drinks. Once you have been on there a few nights it does get a little tedious.
About a 10 min walk from you is the area known as the Patch, on here you will find numerous bars including Blaydon races with a drag act which is very good.
Above the safari shopping complex there are quite a few what i would call upmarket restaurants and they are all worthy of trying out. There's the Teppanakyi restaurant, think the indian is called Star of Asia and theres a italian which i am led to beleive is very good, but not tried it myself.
Think thats a taster of whats to come for you so i will leave it at that and maybe another poster will wish to contribute as well.
