Well we come back yesterday and the villa was beautiful. It had a lovely lounge, kitchen and a conservatory which contained a bar fridge and eatting area. There was further settees on the terrace over looking the pool. The bedrooms were nicely furnished and the bathrooms were luxurious downstairs and adequate upstairs. The garden was ample and had shade should you wish to escape the sun.
The villa was quite a way from the resort by car but if you wanted to walk through the woods the shortcut took us about 10 minutes, but it did involve some steep hills and some abseilling!! So I would not recommend it to the weak hearted!!.
I found the resort quite unfriendly in places and being a previous Cala Galdana visitor I found that it did not compare favourably. I thought the Pinomar was a great restaurant and I have to say we did not eat once in the strip.Tino in the gift shop was very welcoming once he realised that we were honest shoppers!! We did enjoy the beach and when the wind had dropped the sea was probably the clearest I had ever swum in. Because we took the car to the beach we tended to stay on the left hand side of the bay. This is where it starts off shallow then there is a big dip and it is deep for a while then it gets shallow again, it was lovely!!
We saw 2 tiny jelly fish in one week and we were in the sea alot.
I am unsure whether I would go back to this resort, but to any one who wants a villa based holiday this villa is lovely. If anyone wants anymore info or some internal pictures of the villa please let me know.
