We went to Salou last year and flew in to Barcelona. We got the train from the airport into Barcelona then down to Salou! I don't advise this, it was like being in the ring with Mike Tyson!!!!
This year we flew in to Reus but my mums friend flew into Barcelona and got the Resorthoppa bus down. I think it was about £21 (ish) return and on the way from the airport to Salou she was the only one in the car!!!

The everlasting problem of Barcelona airport is bad communications with buses and trains.

Most people I speak take a taxi. They call a cab to pick them up. It will cost around 100€. If you are travelling with your family it is worth the money as you will be able to skip the hazel and headaches of finding transport.

how about hiring a car, we have hired one for the week for £140, focus, collect from the airport, only extra costs is petrol and toll fees, however the national road is quite easy to use, and then the car is at your disposal for the whole time.
