Vegas, NYC and WDW

Hi

Just booked Las Vegas (7 n), New York (4 n) and WDW (12 n over Christmas).

Been to WDW loads of times but never Vegas or NYC.
Need to book helicopter ride to GC including landing and show tickets probably Love. Any ideas on the best way to do this?Now or when we arrive.
Does the $20 trick really work at check in?
Kids ( 13 and 16) are meeting up with us in NYC would love to do a Sunday Brunch Cruise but the ones on the net seem too be posh for the kids. Has any one info on a more casual cruise.
Has anyone been to the Radio City Christmas Spectacular? Would love to go but it may be a bit cheesy for the kids.

Loads of questions still to come.

Definitely book Love before you go as it sells out.

As for the $20 trick, some see this as a bribe. However there is no harm in asking at check in if there are any complimentary upgrades available. If you're lucky there it is appropraite to tip. This worked for us at Planet Hollywood, but not at the Imperial Palace.

Which hotel are you staying at in Vegas?

20 dollar trick didnt work for us at the MGM either. Think it depends who is on at check in.
