We are a group of 16 with flights booked for tenerife next august, we are looking for a complex that does one and two bed apartments as do not want to mix families, we need a nice pool, pool table and life around but not to loud

hi cathy, we stayed on the parque santiago 11 complex in may this year and it was fab ! very central for pdla, most of the apartments are privately owned, not sure of the ages of your party, but this complex won't allow 18-30 type crowds , so it was perfect for us having a 6yr old !
the complex has a great pool with a little slide in the kiddies pool and also a pool table .

My preference would be Santiago 3, It has all the things listed, all in all a much nicer complex than other mentioned so far.
However, if price or personel choice matters, you have to bend to the majority.
The other one that springs to mind is Vista Sur Apartments, although the pool is small, but you are right on the beach.
Wherever you choose, enjoy.

Like the look of Santiago 3, great reviews, emailed and have been told change over day is a Friday we have Tuesday flights,

Why not try and get a private rental then you can change over on a tuesday , i stop in a 4 bedroom villa there and it can sleep up to ten people , its worth a shot if you like the apartments and my brother has stoped in a 1 bed apartment there and enjoyed it

Why not try Victoria Court 1 & 2 in Los Cristianos, they have 1, 2 and I think even 3 bedroom apartments, and are available from any day of the week. Or the Oasis del Sur area which has some lovely complexes with private rentals available. Plenty going on in this area but far enough back to get a good night's sleep.

We rented a villa on Parque Santiago 1 which was great,theres lots of private lets on this complex,we booked it through owners direct!
