Anywhere! They are the same price in the shops as at the airport.

I use my local corner shop but any of the chain off licences eg Soares or Fumos e Mitos will do. They are all over the place. Credit cards accepted. Check opening hours but most open 7 days a week 10am to 8pm longer in high summer.

You can't buy cigs in a supermarket unless they have a separate little stand, usually in the foyer.

You can top up at the airport but, on personal experience, there are sometimes gaps in the shelves depending on how many tourists have just flown out!
