Please can anyone tell me if there are any good sandy beaches in the
Polis area with relatively easy access. We have been to Cyprus
numerous times but it will be the first time in this area. Six days to
go.....Can't wait!!
No sandy beaches I am afraid, but sand and shingle, Latchi end being the best...I love swimming in that area...as I don't like sand at all. nasty stuff..
Good example of the sort of beach in the Polis area, this is Latchi beach, just up the road from Polis..
This area is one of my favorites on the island..Pissouri on the other coast is another..of course you also have Lara beaches near Pafos some of the best on Cyprus..and near deserted.
