I don't know of a Cybercafe in Coral Bay but I know that the Ascos hotel has pay as you go Internet access in the lobby - if you just want to use the internet it shouldn't be a problem.I suspect some of the other hotels will als have a similar facility

The ones that I know of are next to O'Solomons up at the Corallia end and one on the main street in Coral Bay next to El Faro restaurant.

There is one in the Coral Bay plazza shops, you cant miss it!!
