Just wondering if Santa Ponsa would be better

I would say find somewhere else, Sa Coma is very family orientated.

If you are looking for disco/clubs etc I would not go to Sa Coma.

My opinion.

Hope you find somewhere suitable.

Hiya,

Would agree with Santa Ponsa or maybe Alcudia??

Cala millor is jus a 5 min taxi ride away from sa coma and has clubs, and sa coma have a couple of disco pubs that are popular with brits. The good thing about sa coma you can sleep at night in most of the accommodation.

Adviod the sa coma platja on the sea front, terrible noise at night. Not to be mixed up with the sa coma playa, I always see reviews for the sa coma platja placed on the sa coma playa reports. Its puzzled me seeing they are not for the right hotel why aren't the reviews moved to correct hotel reviews. The bouganville is a long way a way from the resort.

I wouldn't rule out sa coma all together with cala millor close by.

I was in Sa Coma this summer and saw a couple of groups of British teenagers cruising the area obviously looking for something to do, and not finding much. I was there with a 12 and 15 year old and there wasn't that much for them , never mind older teenagers.

Definitely not Sa Coma for teenagers and certainly not the Bouganvilla for anyone

We stayed there for a week when my son was 14 and it was awful, absolutely nothing for him to do at all, no other kids around (and we wouldn't stay on the Bouganvilla complex where there were kids - hideous place, like butlins) the other places for teenagers i.e. the two disco pubs where nothing but trouble with parents and teenagers alike fighting and vomiting and falling over.

In my humble opinion and believe me we are very easily pleased  I wouldn't advise anyone to go to Sa Coma.

If you meant the Kings Head & the Brittania - I can't agree. Certainly not the Kings Head - we're just back from our eighth holiday in Sa Coma, and we're in the Kings Head every night. In all those years, I have never seen one fight, or "vomit"! It's not that type of pub!

The only trouble I have seen in the kings head on our last visit to sa coma was a bloke give a 15/16 year old a bloody nose. I haven't got a clue what it was over. Never seen any trouble before in the 4 times I have been there.

I find most resorts all the same and when it comes to teenagers nothing much going on for them except a over priced night club or a bar showing footie on a big screen tv.

Hi there Sa Coma King. Do you think Sa Coma suitable for a long weekend for half a dozen women in their early 40's? Not been for a few years - first visit was in 1990).

Sa Coma is lovely but is a 50min direct ride to airport .For a long week-end my suggestion would be Palma Nova or Santa Ponsa just because its closer to airport. (20mins) CBG
