One of the oldest and best car rentals based in Lassi is 'Kefalonia' car rental. Most of their cars are new (up to one year old) and Daniel (the saled manager) was very helpful to us when we book with them through the internet in May this year.

a)The English Lighthouse near Lassi
b)The so called "Katavothres" where the sea crumbles down to underground ravines to reappear 14 days later at Melissani cave. Visit both!
c)De Bosset bridge
d) Castle of Assos
e) Saint Barbara church ....and if you can find this one I will cut my you know what.....off!

Most of Bars & Restaurants stay open till end of October, at least they close down after Hotels

Are there any hints (do's & dont's) on driving in Kefalonia !

Belts on and keep an eye for police blocks, they work on daily basis.
NEVER drive with more than a glass of beer. The penalty is huge!
Pay attention on motorbikes and pick-ups, as it seems the road belongs only to themin Greece
