Does anyone know if these hotels still have overbooking problems? I have stayed here a couple of times before, once with On The Beach and once with Sunstar and only had problems with Sunstar, although I met loads of other people who had problems with different TO's. I have since found out the OTB have their own rooms allocated so its less likely if you book with them.

I am thinking about 2008 hols and wondered if it still happens? It seemed to be a serious problem in the past with people being moved to inferior hotels for half of their stay
