Can anyone tell me if this is where Zara is? How do I get to this shopping centre - I am staying near to Linnekers bar so any directions from there would be great! Is it a taxi ride or a nice walk??

Yes, this is the correct area. Once you get to the safari centre, walk towards Los Cristianos and ZARA is there
Like vvv says your not far, and it is a nice walk for you. And you will pass some nice bars.
Walk to the corner where starcos is, near linekas.
turn left and walk along the road making your way down to parque santiago 3, turn left and then keep walking up this road, on your left if the shopping center, with loads of nice shops zara is here. (opp medditteraina palace)
there are also some nice shops in los cristainos.
