I have been quite a few times and never had any problems. Bags came along alright, no queue at passport control. It's not like when you go to Goa.

Yes, Delhi airport is much improved. A lot less hassle than Heathrow!

having just returned I have to say that Delhi, Mumbai( domestic and international) and Goa(domestic) were no problem. Very fast and efficient- and then we landed at Heathrow and 40mins later we actually got off the plane, then walked 3 miles to get to passport control. Give me Indian airports every day.
(Have to say Mumbai domestic is a lovely airport)
