Its great that you can let us know what its like out there at the moment it helps me as it is my first time to marmaris and i'm a bit concerned about the weather and how quiet it will be. How long are you out there we go on the 22nd.

I am sure its quiet because of the limited amount of flights available.Theres very little from the Northeast for this month and am seriously thinking of going to Side from Gatwick or Manchester next month.I dont care what the weather will be like because it will be better than here.I spent a week in Marmais in June and had to keep in the shade as it was unbearable.

my friend goes to marmaris next friday so its nice to here what its like at the moment so i can keep her informed

We head back on the 20th. Marmaris will be quiet but there are still plenty of places to eat etc. Seems like most of the shops are getting their signs up advertising discounts to try and clear their stock. Weather was great yesterday around 26o but got quite cold last night. Today is fantastic and expected to reach 27o so really can't complain given that it is unpredictable at this time of year. Have been doing lot's of walking and cycling, eating and drinking and it is good to be able to stroll around without looking for shade as you do in the summer.

Sorry to say the locals here are forecasting rain next week too. I know it is disappointing but fingers crossed it changes for you. Without wanting to rub salt into the wounds, today is another 27o day. We have only got until Friday night so it looks like we have been very lucky.
