I usually go away with my parents in nov to there apt, but not going this year as i'm of to goa in jan.

But i have to say that we have always enjoyed the weather. Usually during the day it is just shorts and t-shirt weather. Last year i swam in the sea most days and it was warm. The usual brrrrrrrrrrrrrr when you 1st got in.

As for the pools, yes i do find them colder than the sea.

night time i tend to take a thin lightweight cardigan with me. But i usually never use it.

have a nice holiday

Well its been really recently, hotter than September I'd say so I don't think you have anything to worry about temperature wise

Agree when Givemeabreak says anytime is a good time to go! I came back in September, and it was fabulous. Am heading back in the new year (4th January) and planning to book for just after easter 2008. I usually go 3 times a year a love it.

The evenings are dark early (though not as early as UK, but it is always sunny during the day. The perfect climate (in my opinion anyway)

I will never forget my first visit (back in february '95) We drove to the airport in the cold, dark and snow, and got off the plane to bright blue skies and glorious sunshine......... What a surprise....

Have never looked back and cannot wait til the next visit

We are also coming back in November. It is a great time of the year, plenty of sun but not so hot you burn. We are staying in Puerto, as we always do, can't wait.

Hi

We're off to Tenerife for our honeymoon for a couple of weeks from 3rd Nov and have a couple of questions I hope you people in the know can help us with!

Temperatures - not quite sure what to expect in terms of the weather when we're there. Will it be short sleeves during the day? If it is, will we need sleeves in the evening?

Resort - we're staying in Los Cristianos, will the resort (& PDLA) be fairly busy and most places be open? I'm hoping so....

Restaurant - as well as it being our honeymoon, it's also my birthday when we're out there. Can anyone recommend a nice restaurant to go to? Not looking for anywhere really posh or anything, just somewhere nice with good food, where we'd feel relaxed and very 'looked after' :)
Any help most welcome!

Thanks
Kezza :D

How busy will it be there? Fully open?

If you want a really nice romantic night out try "el molino blanco" in PLDA, bus with bono 90 cents, taxi 7/8 euros.
You have to book a few days in advance, ask to sit on the patio.
Most probably cost you about 70 euros for everything but you won`t forget it.
They have a website you can book on.

Looking to book a holiday for the first week of november, just wondering what the weather is like at this time of year and if the pubs and restuarants are still busy?
thanks

The weather is usually lovely, average early 70's but can get hotter. Everywhere will be open that time of year and resorts reasonably crowded but not uncomfortably so - beaches always busy.

Hola everyone!

I'm off to Tenerife on the 21st November, and although I've seen people say that the weather is generally nice at this time, I was wondering whether or not it is 'waterpark weather'? I'd love to be able to visit Siam Park while I'm there, so any thoughts from anyone would be appreciated.

Also if anyone is out there now, or just come back, what's the latest on the weather front?

Cheers

No problem with visiting Siam park my Grandchildren went in December last year and loved it.
Weather shoud be good up to 26 during the day, I hope so we go on the 24th Nov.
Good Luck
