Anyone had any experience of Clickair which is the low cost airline of Iberia?
They fly to Valencia from Heathrow and prices look quite reasonable although they don't as yet have prices for next May.
Pippa
yep,
Ummm while they have been given severalnew Airbuses courtesy of IBERIA they also have some of the older ones than Iberia passed on. After a bit of an "iffy" start...they are developing fine it would appear. If you get a good price with them...give them a try.
Shareholders only are in discussion and not the companies.
A merger would create a 47-plane carrier (Airbus 320) , flying 10.7 million passengers a year.

Clickair launches Vigo route
Spanish budget carrier clickair has started flying between Gatwick and Vigo in northern Spain.
The move marks the first time that there has been a direct air route between London and Spain's Pontevedra province in South Galicia.
Flights will operate Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays on an Airbus A320.
The airline predicts it will carry around 60,000 passengers on the route, its sixth Spanish service from the UK, in its first year of operation. It already flies from the UK to Seville, Bilbao, Valencia, La Coruna and Barcelona.
Vigo is known for its historic buildings and fortifications and active port which supports much of the city's industry. Its airport, Peinador, has recently undergone significant infrastructure improvements in anticipation of the new service.

Flew with Clickair in April on their Gatwick-Seville route. Roomier than either Ryanair or Easyjet and very efficient cabin crew with no delays in either direction. I'd certainly use them again.
As indicated as a possible back in Jan' 08, Vueling Airlines will merge with Clickair this month.
