Hi there
I searched Internet for a holiday as a gift for 2 adults and one infant. The site brought up various options and one was a great price. I tried to book but the lead person has to be the card holder so i popped into a Thomson shop and explained it was a gift for my mum for xmas. They were great and said they could price match web and i could book in store with all correspondence to be sent to me.
I went ahead and booked yesterday and picked up a brochure on my way out of the shop. I have just read in the brochure the accommodation is only for over 17's
I didn't search for any particular accommodation i put in the website 2 adults and one infant and they brought up various accom. Also in the travel agents they know that the booking if for 2 adults and a one yr old. Where do i stand ? It was by far the cheapest deal and i paid the full deposit including insurance yday and also received a £100.00 discount x
