Could anyone tell me if there is a party atmosphere on new years eve as this is our first time in Peurto Rico at this time of year, last year we were in Benidorm which had a great party atmosphere with fireworks and floats in the old town and plenty going on in the hotels and bars.
P.S is it best to stay up by the Eurora centre where we are staying or to go down to the bottom CC for the evening.

come down to the bottom centre, more choice of bars and a wicked atmosphere. normally some fireworks from Anfi and from some of the surrounding hotels, normally to fuzzy eyed to notice!
