it takes approximtley 2hr and30 mintes in a coach, we tend to get picked up privately which takes our transfer time down to about 1 hr and 30 minutes

Took us to get to Icmeler 2 1/2 hours that was with a 20 minute stop off, on the way back to Dalaman it took a lot longer as we waited at a hotel in Marmaris to pick people up who had decided to make their own way there but didn't bother to tell anyone!

We did it in 1hour 20minutes last June with Thomson.It was 9pm when we landed and the roads were quiet.The driver didnt stop at the rest stop as this adds time to your journey.

we have had transfers ranging from 1 hour 30 to 3 hours 30. it's just the luck of the draw .a private transfer will do airport to hotel in approximately 1 hour 30 .

Transfer times do vary but I personally would book a private transfer, one year we arrived at 4:30am in the apartments, the coach arrived 3 hours later.

Last year guests were collected in Icmeler at 7:45pm (1st Pickup), we left at 10pm and beat the coach to the airport by about 15 minutes.

If you are the last too collect your luggage and boad the coach it won't seem as long, but if you are first you could be waiting for 30 minutes or more for the others (and if someone is making a claim for lost luggage) or longer, with the private transfer your on you way and a 1/3 of the way to the hotel.

If you decide on the private transfer PLEASE PLEASE tell your reps at the airport that you will not be using their transfer coach as they will wait and wait for you until they can confirm you are not stuck at immigration or customs.
