Can anyone out there who owns one of these rigs give us some info on insurance and how easy it is to use UK and European sites? Also is it possible to rent a complete rig anywhere in UK or Europe for holidays in order to get a feel for towing. We have owned a motorhome and currently have caravan and car but we are looking for something more comfortable and spacious for possible full timing. ANY info gratefully received.
I know of a couple of fifth wheelers but they are not on this forum they are on one called Touring and Tenting
From what I understand they don't seem to have problems with their outfits
and AFAIK they have used and compare the Caravan Club and NFU for insurances as both are competitive for on the road use BUT for the caravanning part apparently the Club is the best deal
