My brother got married at the Little Chapel of the Flowers and would recommend it.

For after the wedding, if you have a budget in $$ per person that will help with recommendations. I recommended Mon Ami Gabi to some else who was asking recently. The Search facility at the top of the forum will pull up the post for you.

Be aware that hotel rates are sky high on New Year's Eve and the sooner you book the better although I doubt you will get any decent offers for that time.
