Your daughter would be able to walk through a casino provides she stayed on the walkways and not on the gaming floor. She wouldn't even be able to stand and watch you playing the slots as security will ask her to move on.
I believe that she would not be allowed into bars which only serve alcohol. However I'm fairly sure she would be OK in restaurant which serve alcohol if she was having a Coke with a meal.
As for sitting outside, the Harley-Davidson Cafe across from City Centre might be a good spot as it is a restaurant with outside seating. PF Chang's Chinese restaurant also has a limited amount of tables outside.

Cheers for the reply, I think we'd be better off waiting till she's 21! It'd be a bit like Limbo!!! lol
However if you can hold off for another 4 years your daughter will be able to enjoy everything without restriction.

cheers
Took my 17 year old there. It made it very restrictive as to what we could do. You can't even play a one armed bandit if the child is standing next to you!
Straight answer. - Torture!

16 year olds are very much children in the USA. Far less flexible than in the UK.
Unless you are in Disney where they are charged as adults from age 12!
Or unless they want to drive a car or own a gun!
