Just booked this holiday today through travel republic and got a really good price for August. Thought i had done plenty of research-hours and hours but after booking today found 5-6 reviews on one website stating that people had been arriving at the Brisa Sol only to be told it was overbooked or that the computers had crashed. They were then moved to the Ondamar which looks ok but not too sure. I am now totally freaking out. Looking for a bit of reassurance, has anyone booked the Brisa Sol online/through travel republic and not been moved?? Where do I stand if this happens to me? Do I have to move? Is there any way I can aviod this from happening? I intend to phone hotel direct weeks prior to departure to confirm but not sure if this will make any difference.
