We stayed at the Oro Blanco just down the road and passed there every day.The only thing that put me off was the fact that it's bang next door to an Escort agency and there were quite a few prostitutes in the area every night when we were returning to our accomodation.I would suggest you ask for a poolside room if you get the chance.
Saying that we met a couple who had stayed there and said it never bothered them infact they were returning there the next year so can't be that bad can it.Just thought you should be aware

Hi we were due to go to this Hotel last october but i was reading reviews on many sites and they were not to good mainly complates about the call girls hanging around outside as there is some sort of adult venue next door to the Hotel.I was not happy as my travel agent did not informs us but when i contacted them she was happy to change Hotels for us at no extra cost.As we had children in our party we did not want this some men complained of getting propasistioned from there balconeys and even they didn,t like it.
It does have a lovely pool that goes round the hotel and the 2 bedroom apartments are on the top floor so you get great views if you have requested them i think they are 3 or 4 high.The location to the bars and clubs is excellent.
The rooms are pretty basic and some rooms are in need of a lick of paint but they are nice and what you expect for a 3 star accomadation.
In the end we ended up in Los christionos and we was not dissappointed and we still got taxis into playa if we fancied a change of scenenary.

hi I stayed in these apartments twice last year. the first time the apartment was close to the reception and was lovely. I think newly decorated.The next time it was futher in and they need a lick of paint. I would stay here again. there was no bother from the club next door.

has anyone been to these appts and did they have any cockroaches in?i have never been to tenerife but am worried about cockroaches any advice?are these good appts?

stayed in these apartments twice. I enjoyed the stay both times. It was very central

peak season i would have to say this is a young ones hotel. off season im not sure

not sure if it is young ones as i stayed in August and it was family/young but no bother

Does anyone have any information about these apartments? I We have just read that there is an escort agency right next door to it! Should we be concerned as we have two children with u (ages 13 and 10) and two parents in their 70s!

Hi I have stayed twice in these apartments and everything was fine. There is no bother from the club next door. the apartments closest to reception were very nice.

Stayed in these apartments last February, had no problem with cockroaches, or next door, in fact you wouldn,t know their was a nightclub there, you don't even see it from the apartments. Try and get an apartmentwith a pool view as th pnes on the front are on the main road..

We always stay at these apartments and there is never any trouble from the agency, you hardly know it is there.

Although I've been to PLA loads of times now, I've never stayed here. Can anyone tell me if they have safe deposit boxes, as I can't see any mention anywhere, will be coming on 10th April so just want to make sure beforehand. Thanks

I was there for a week in February and yes there is a safety deposit box for hire, which is located in your room.

Must admit when we first booked was a bit worried about the agency next door, shouldn't have though as you don't even know its there, no hassle at all. Great location, infact my parents are going back in May. Only thing that lets it down is the reception area. Apart from that everything great.

Can anyone give me any information on Las Floritas complex is the complex on a hill? also is it far to walk to Las Vistas beach

Yes, it is on a hill - not sure which beach is Las Vistas Beach but I'd say it's about a 5-10 minutes walk to the nearest. This link takes you to a map showing he location of the hotel Columbus which is at the "top" of the hill, the roads go down from here. Although Las Floritas isn't marked on the map it's on the road leading north opposite the Columbus, about where the word "Gomez" is.

these apartments are about 10 mins walk to las vistas beach if you come out of the apartment and turn right just follow the road straight down and you are there, there is'nt much of a hill i would say more of a gradual slope.
