Hubby has just seen on TV that Virgin Atlantic and B.A are offering compensation refunds of £10 per person per flight each way on long haul flights of more than 7 hours taken between 11.8.04 -06 .This is apparently something to do with the fuel surcharge that they implemented at the time and for which B.A was fined. They set up a website but that has been taken down. The tel .no for those wishing to claim is 0800 043 0343.
Perhaps someone can explain it better .
Off to see if we flew with V.A that year.
