i take 8 for a 2week hoilday
I take three for a two week holiday. As I have to by big busted ones and are a wee bit more expensive, it's all I can afford and they usually do me a couple of years.

One to wear whilst the others drying end of story, no differing marks due to style and no need to change your accesories

I have to agree with Miss_Chief1. I have been reading the previous posts and find it hard to believe that someone going on holiday for two weeks needs 20 bikinis.

Not sure how many bikinis I'm taking to Tenerife at Easter - I was going to have a "try-on" of all my clothes this weekend, but I've got a horrendous cold at the moment and don't feel like messing around. One thing though, I'm NOT buying any more bikinis this year! I've got far too many, including 3 or 4 I bought last year and didn't use them because they didn't "go" with my mix'n'match colour scheme

They do have some lovely ones in at the moment and with gorgeous kaftans to match......... Go on have a little look........ you know you cant resist a bikini and kaftan for £9.00!!!

Well, I went to Primark this morning and I did manage to resist buying bikinis and any other holiday clothes. I bought so much new stuff last year I really don't need anything new this year! And I didn't actually see anything today I liked enough to "need" itWatford Travellers wrote:Go on have a little look........ you know you cant resist a bikini and kaftan for £9.00!!!

Yesterday I went into Primark and bought a gorgeous kaftan for £3! Problem is you have to buy things as soon as you see them in there as they sell out of sizes (particulary smaller sizes) really quickly. It seems mad that you have to get your swimwear in Feb as by June they'll probably have the winter stuff in!!
im going to the dominican so i reckon swimwear will be just about all i will be wearing (only during the day of course, i'm not going to enter the restuarant of an evening in the style of Jordan!!) it's been easier to decide what to take as a result, i have, however got 10 bikinis with matching kaftans or beach dresses in my case-and that is the ''whittled down'' selection!!!!!!
i have to admit i do take one for everyday.i had about 20 and i`ve already bought another 3 this year(asda for £3 each), i pick out one for each day and add a few more just in case i don`t fancy one..
thank you shazza06, I don't feel alone - I was beginning to think I was the only one who took 20 (or more), I love a nice looking bikini.
thing is dawn they are so cheap you can afford to take that many..some of mine are a couple of years old so i just keep adding to my collection. and if you sunbathe then they are important as you wear them all day and i would rather wash them properly at home..(thats my excuse)
be natural, don't take any bikinis

I take 2 but am beginning to think there's something wrong with me.
As has been said: one to wear/ one washed overnight for next day.
What's the need for all that STUFF??
It would be alright if I could buy cheap ones from primark or asda... Mine are £60 a throw from bravissimo as I have to have proper fitted ones, so I take 2 or 3 for a fortnight and wash them while I'm there. I can't believe there are so many people who take more than 5 or 6(probably what I'd take if it wasn't going to cost so much!)
Unbelievable!
5 or 6 for a fortnight for me. A couple of bigger ones for the second week
Crikey! Two-three for a couple of weeks. Need all the room I can get in my rucksack.
