I seem to remember reading that in india they don't bother moving the clocks back and forward an hour for summer time etc..is this still the case?
so at the moment Goa is 5 1/2 hours ahead of us here in the UK when the UK clocks go Forward on 30th March then Goa will only be 4 1/2 hours in front - is this correct?
ps. 3 weeks to today we will be off...getting too exciting now..
Yes it is correct, the clocks do not change in Goa.
yes abnd its a pain because i never remember when it has happened!! and phone home at the wrong times!!
Who cares what time it is when you're on holiday! I go away to get away from time and schedules and appointments etc
We always get so relaxed we always say to eachother ''When we going home? We best check our tickets''
we thought we had missed Christmas Day last year!! you know how it is here!! no big xmas starting October like the UK!! and we don't really do christmas but knew it was anyday then sort of forgot!! we both looked at each other one morning and said 'whats today!!!?? Did we miss xmas day!!!'............... but we hadn't be impossible to miss it in UK wouldnt it!!!
