Hi Alison,

We stayed at St Nicholas Park Hotel, have a look at the Hotel Reviews, there are plenty of them. When we were there it was Bed & Breakfast and it was excellent, it was also the venue for the weekly Turkish Night. Beautifully located with views across the valley to a mountain and look another way and you look out over Olu Deniz Bay.

I went to Hisaronu last summer and stayed at the Carmina Hotel, personally I was not impressed with this hotel I found it very dated and in need of a revamp. It was centally located but so are many hotels in Hisaronu. The room we stayed in was very small and the balcony (or window box) was only 12" wide and you could only just stand on it.
Me myself would not go there again. :(

hi, we went to hisaronu last summer, and are returning again this year. We stayed at the Yalcin hotel, which is a 5 min walk from the centre, but so peaceful you would not believe you were so close to the main strip. This is a lovely family run hotel, staff are so friendly. There are many couples staying there, and most we met were returning guests, many who return year after year.

Take a look at their website http://www.yalcinhotel.com they have a web page full of photos dedicated to their guests !! Im on there! They really do value their customers, which is why so many return year after year. :)

The Butterfly restaurant is superb and very reasonably priced, it's on the main street but is on the second floor (which gives great views) so you'll have to look up to find it! The Festival is very good, mainly Turkish dishes but British owned so they can tell you about the food. The Olive Tree is also excellent.
