Hello i am looking to go to Tenerife for the New year there are 2 adults and 3 children, we are looking to rent an apartment please could any point me in the right direction, also the flights are so expensive i know because of the time of year.

Try INVALID URL http://www.holidayrentals.com & http://www.holiday-lettings.com - in my opinion these are 3 of the best sites for finding private apartments in Tenerife. If you're wanting to stay in Playa de Las Americas, I would suggest the Parque Santiago complexes 2, 3 or 4 - nice locations, plenty to do within them. I've never stayed in Los Cristianos so I don't know where's good to stay there, i'm sure somebody on this site would be happy to help (unless of course you know all this already!) And I wouldn't leave it too late to book either to make sure you get what you want.
Just to echo what pepsicat said, book asap. Tenerife is FULL xmas & new year.... you will get a flight, but an apartment will be a problem if you leave it too late
