Loads of castles to visit, plenty of good wine to quaff! Why not contact the tourist information office in the town you are staying in, or the departmental tourist office? Both will have websites, and will be able to send you brochures on request, usually in English too!

You put me in the right direction. Found out there is a tourist info office 5 mins walk away from where we will be staying. We'll do our level best with the Vouvray.
