I have never seen any links or information regarding sky diving on Zante. There's paragliding available at Tsilivi beach Paragliding Tsilivi beach Google search

The airport is small and international and that would heavily restrict any activities from this airport.
The topography of zante would also restrict drop zones along with the islands overhead powerlines. There isn't a great deal of open space with olive trees and vines covering most of the flat ground.
