If you want to go to Dolphin Discovery you can book it on-line from the UK and they do a pick up service which you can book as well. We did it when we went to Playacar as we didn't want to get there only to find it was all booked up and have the kids disappointed- not cheap, but worth every penny and make sure you buy the DVD!!
