could HT please help, i tried to PM somebody for informationand also HT but unfortunately its says "that i dont have the facility to compose a PM" why is this, would appreicate some help please

You have to be a member of the site for a certain time, I think it is 2 weeks, ( someone else may know better) and you have to have made a certain amount of postings. Fiona should be on the site soon to give you the full details.
