Firstly, the GB£ has dropped around about 15% against the Euro in the last 12 months (
source) so you can add 15% on straight away.
As to prices in the tourist areas - you mention Napa so will assume that is where you are headed.
Beer - Keo or Leon (the local brews) last year could be had from 1Cy£ (1.71€) - its €2 this year down by the harbour, up to stupid money in the square. More typical price would be around €2.50- €3.
Coffee - again, it varies enormously - 50c (85c€) for Cyprus coffee to around 1.20cy (~€2) for nes (quick i.e instant).
Again, the cost of food varies enormously too - just like anywhere else. Have a look
