I can't see that they would be "discounted" that far out so not sure what you consider a good price.
February is a popular month for the US domestic market and is also a strong month for convention business in Orlando, so you may not get a bargain. What price are you being quoted now?

Virgin Holidays are showing the folowing prices in their new brochure for the Embassy Suites International Drive;
01JAN09 - 15FEB09......... £615 per week for a 1 bedroom suite
16FEB09 - 20MAR09........ £575 per week / ditto above
add to that adult fly drive at between £465 to £555 during February.
The hotel is on page 123 of their 2009 brochure.
