I'm still looking on the Thomsons site and seeing the Crown Resorts Elamaris as being bookable but no longer as a "holiday package" now its only a "flight and hotel deal" which is specifically pointing out that its not a "holiday package" under any rules and regulations.

In real terms what does this mean ?
Is it that the cost is without transfers and fuel tax? or could it be something more costly like you are likely to be stranded at the airport as all the "holiday package" deals come first ?
