
I was then informed that there has been a major technical fault and there is a back log of tickets being issued. Was told not to worry as I can collect the tickets on departure at the airport.
I shouldn't have to do this as I get stressed as it is just getting to the airport let alone having to pick my tickets up from there - I have to check in at 4:30am are there ticket desk open at this time?
Would be interested to know if anyone else is in the same boat as me
